Administration Team

Bridge Clinic’s administration staff are ready to assist patients with appointments, accounts and other enquiries about visiting our clinic.

Talk to our support team over the phone or come in to have your questions answered about doctor availability, costs of visits, Medicare matters, and specialist appointments.

Our administration staff regularly attend training and development sessions to update their skills so that they are best equipped to serve our patients and their families, and aid our medical professionals and visiting specialists.

Our team will be happy to help you, including processing accounts for hospital and WorkCover claims, making a booking for procedures and medicals, and sending and reconciling claims for Department of Veterans’ Affairs and online Medicare fees.
