Diabetes Clinic

These Clinics are run by the Murray Mallee Community Health and structured so that each patient is seen by a Podiatrist, Dietician and Diabetic Nurse and result in an individual diabetic action plan being developed for each patient in consultation with their General Practitioner. These plans aim to help patients and their families and carers successfully manage their diabetes.

Regular clinics are held at Bridge Clinic and 25 Joyce Street, Murray Bridge.
