Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the service you have received at the Clinic we would like to hear about it so that we may be able to respond and so attempt to improve our service.
 
The following options are open to you:
1 First discuss the issue with your own doctor.
2 Seek to discuss the problem with the Manager, Jill Coombe if you think that is appropriate.
3 If you still feel that your complaint has not been addressed then you may contact the
